Job responsibilities:
(1) The company's quality management work (IQC / OQC / IPQC, etc.) deals with in plant abnormalities and customer complaints;
(2) Establishment of standard documents (SOP, sip, etc.);
(3) Regularly check the standardized operation of each department, summarize abnormalities and track improvement;
(4) Supplier guidance and customer relationship maintenance;
(5) Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leaders on time.
Job requirements:
(1) College degree or above, male, with 1-2 years of quality management experience, college degree or above;
(2) Good interpersonal communication skills, problem analysis and solving skills
(3) Able to cooperate with business trip, driver's license is preferred;
(4) Skillfully use QC seven hands and 8D anomaly analysis system and other management tools;
(5) Proficient in PPT document production.
(6) Experience in coating and wiring is preferred.

Job responsibilities:
(1) Assist the R & D director to promote the process of relevant R & D projects of the Department;
(2) Collect data on new products and technologies, participate in the analysis of market trends, put forward development plans and product projects;
(3) Assist the supervisor in designing technology and products to meet the design requirements of production or promotion;
(4) Be responsible for formulating product standards, material standards, inspection and test standards;
(5) Participate in sample production and batch trial production of product and technology development;
(6) Responsible for product cost reduction, profit improvement and other related development;
(7) Put forward patent application suggestions and provide corresponding documents;

Job requirements:
(1) College degree or above, fresh or 1-2 years working experience, 985 / 211 university or having won a scholarship during school is preferred.
(2) Major in Applied Chemistry or polymer materials
