For example, the thermal conductivity of single-layer graphene thermal conductive film is similar to that of multi-layer artificial graphite sheet, but the cost is lower and there is room for improvement.
Under the same performance, the price of graphene is cheaper, and the performance of graphene is better at the same price. It is this high cost performance that causes the "resonance" of the industrial chain - the most urgent thing for mobile phone manufacturers to compete.
At present, murui technology, a new material enterprise in the upstream of the industrial chain, has been invested by Xiaomi. It is planned that the monthly production capacity of graphene thermal conductive film can be 100000 square meters by the end of this year, and 10 million mobile phones can be supplied according to the supply of 100 mobile phones per square meter.
According to IDC's report, the global mobile phone shipment in 2019 was 1.371 billion, of which China's mobile phone shipment was about 370 million. With the increase of 5g mobile phone penetration, IDC expects the market scale of graphene thermal conductive film to reach US $2.3 billion in two to three years.
